Appointment Scheduling: Clients are strongly encouraged to schedule appointments in advance through phone, website, or in person, to secure preferred time slots.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
No-Show Appointments: Clients who fail to appear for scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
